From 1980, Dipl.-Phys. Günther Kehl has been partner in a Munich patent firm before founding the patent law firm Günther Kehl in 1997, which was already located in our previous premises at Friedrich-Herschel-Straße. When Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Ettmayr joined the firm in 2004, it was named Kehl & Ettmayr, technically specializing in medical technology, IT, electronics, print and foil technology, general mechanical engineering and process engineering.
Effective from January 2012, Dipl.-Ing. Andreas Ascherl and Dipl.-Biol. Dagmar Liebhoff have joined our firm as new partners, wherein Dipl.-Biol. Dagmar Liebhoff left our firm effective from December, 2019. Mr. Ascherl contributes, in addition to his broad technical background, extensive experience in patent litigation, which he successfully expanded in several international law firms.
Effective from January 2018, Dipl.-Ing. Dominik Cabrerizo and Dipl.-Ing. Benjamin Ohmer have joined our firm as new partners. Mr. Cabrerizo is an expert in the following fields: automotive, sensor technology, network engineering, telecommunications, software, consumer electronics and IT. Mr. Ohmer is an expert in the fields: Human-machine-interface, plant manufacturing, apparatus engineering as well as manufacturing processes and application processes.
After 15 years in our previous premises at Friedrich-Herschel-Straße, in August 2012 our firm moved to our current more spatious and modern venue situated between river Isar and English Garden.
