Background
Dr. Michael Schneider studied biochemistry and pharmacy at the Free University of Berlin. He graduated in 1982 with a diploma in biochemistry. He received his doctorate in 1987.
Dr. Michael Schneider worked for several international law and patent law firms in Munich and London and has more than 30 years of practical experience in the field of intellectual property. He has particular expertise in the field of technically sophisticated pharmaceutical and biotechnological inventions. His practice also includes the development and implementation of optimal international patent strategies. Due to many years of involvement in international M&A transactions, he is also familiar with all aspects of freedom-to-operate and IP due diligence analyses.
